Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Engineer(ITSM + any one module), BA, ATF .
The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide expert consultation, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, configuring the ServiceNow platform, managing integrations with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity and efficiency improvements is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in ServiceNow Testing (ATF) Development, including customization, scripting, and process automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge and practical expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) plus any one ServiceNow modules and related frameworks.
- Ability to manage and execute project requirements, demonstrating strong Project Management competencies.
- Experience with Integration of various systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Databases, including designing, querying, and managing data structures relevant to ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other ServiceNow module certifications are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
