Role Overview: You will be the HR Technology & ServiceNow Lead responsible for owning and optimizing the global HR ServiceNow platform and enhancing the employee experience through automation and data-driven enhancements. Your role will involve leading a team, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders, and ensuring the HR ServiceNow portal remains efficient and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the global owner of the HR ServiceNow platform, ensuring configuration and functionality align with best practices.

  • Continuously improve the HR Portal experience for employees and make it a one-stop destination for all HR needs.

  • Design and deliver automated HR processes, workflows, dashboards, and reports using ServiceNow.

  • Identify enhancement opportunities by partnering with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, and IT based on data insights.

  • Manage version upgrades, regression testing, and compliance checks for ServiceNow releases.

  • Lead and guide a global team of 515 capability specialists focused on HR technology and automation.

  • Provide training, development opportunities, and act as an escalation point for technical issues related to HR ServiceNow.

  • Drive governance through structured change management and enhancement boards.

  • Analyze HR portal usage, feedback, and analytics to enhance self-service adoption and user experience.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and quality standards in all processes.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and business teams to align system enhancements with strategic priorities.

  • Manage communication and awareness campaigns for HR portal updates and capabilities.

Qualification Required:

  • 13+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.
  • Proven experience in HR technology platforms and business process automation.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules like cases, tasks, knowledge management, service catalog, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow upgrades, managing incidents, and deploying new features.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in managing technical teams and driving capability building.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee experience transformation initiatives.
