About the role
We are seeking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration / Migration specialist. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in leveraging the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, other modules and possesses a deep understanding of Integration and migration techniques. This role involves collaborating with different engineering team stakeholders to ensure successful integration implementation, transitions, optimizing functionality and driving innovations.
Key Responsibilities, Requirements& Qualifications
Integration
Design and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.Analyze client requirements to identify integration points and create detailed technical design documents.Develop custom APIs, workflows, and scripts to facilitate integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing and debugging integration challenges.Continuously monitor integrations to ensure smooth data flow and resolve any disruptions.Migration
Plan migration strategies for transitioning data and configurations from legacy systems to ServiceNow.Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and data structures to ensure data integrity during migration.Execute migrations, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Ensure minimal downtime and disruption during migration activities.Perform post-migration validation and testing to confirm accurate functionality and data fidelity.Support and Maintenance
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and migration issues.Conduct training sessions for users and administrators to ensure familiarity with new systems and processes.Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow platform upgrades and apply best practices for maintenance.Expertise & Skills required
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and APIs.Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.Experience with integration tools like REST, SOAP, and ODBC.Experience and knowledge in TMF API frameworkStrong understanding of ETL processes and database management.Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and methodologies.Professional certification in ServiceNow is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Immediate Joiners only
