A company is looking for a ServiceNow Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and service requests from Tier 1 support Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, providing root cause analysis and solution recommendations Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues to enhance support efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher, or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for education Strong knowledge of Jira, and ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management modules Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and customizations Proficiency in using ServiceNow's reporting tools Ability to quickly assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with clear documentation
