Title: Service Now Architect
Duration: Full Time(No Contract)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA(Onsite from Day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architect
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and HRSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or CIS- ITSM
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Previous experience in a Architect role.
