The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with expertise in Enterprise implementations to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end-user experience across the customer environment. On this program, we deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system, Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Storefront.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to help customers define their ServiceNow strategy and guide the delivery team to achieve outcomes across a variety of ServiceNow modules for a large enterprise (EITSM, CMDB, etc.).
A successful candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships, ensure the delivery of services meets and exceeds client expectations, and provide leadership and guidance to the Platform development and operations teams. This is a very dynamic role where the skillset requires expert level understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem. This position requires the ability to quickly gain an understanding of the customer’s operating environment to define appropriate solutions to modernize operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert level platform technical oversight and guidance to architects, developers, agile delivery teams and platform administrations for the development of complex solutions and maintenance of the system to ensure optimal and cohesive operations.
- Lead the delivery of solutions for an Enterprise System (ITSM, CMDB, SPM, ITOM, etc.).
- Lead engagements with customers to gather their needs, design customized solutions, and present these solutions effectively, from initial discussions through implementation.
- Play a key role in the development of the long-term strategy and strategic direction for ServiceNow Services including the formulation of capability roadmap.
- Engaging in workshops and meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and testing the interpretation of the client’s needs.
- Demonstrate solid insights into designing ServiceNow solutions.
- Understand and drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity
- Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
- Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide input into technical solutions for proposals for additional Buy Orders.
- Maintain a sound understanding of enterprise and platform-level architecture as it relates to managing the ServiceNow instances, including the data model, integration points, and dependencies that impact Performance.
- Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.
- Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues, or other architectural concerns with the platform, with a strong focus on data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- 15+ years of relevant experienced (Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect within a large enterprise
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture concepts
- Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integrations and security framework
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining product/technology roadmaps specific to ServiceNow
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow engagements through design, development, implementation and operations and maintenance cycles
- Demonstrate strong experience working with ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, SPM, ITOM, SecOps)
- Ability to contribute to the development of program architecture and standards
- Experience in Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and SecDevOps processes and tools
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
- Must meet 8570 IAT Level II and/or 8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance
- Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is
$114,600-$252,100
