Job Description:
- Expertise in implementation/support of integration with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and security teams to improve HAM,SAM activities with broader IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including software models, discovery models entitlements and license metrics.
