About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Developer with over 4 years of overall ServiceNow experience and a strong track record in implementing and optimizing IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, and will play a key role in designing and deploying scalable ITOM architectures for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB Health & NormalizationCustomize and configure Discovery probes, sensors, patterns, and MID Servers.Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, Dynatrace).Ensure CMDB accuracy and drive initiatives to improve CMDB health and data governance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Build and maintain a service-aware CMDB for critical applications and services.Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in the ITOM suite.Create detailed technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge base articles.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for internal teams.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3+ years in ITOM modules.Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and experience with MID Server deployments.Proven experience in integrating with various infrastructure and monitoring tools.Ability to work with large enterprise environments with complex infrastructure setups.Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Mgmt) preferred.
