Role: ServiceNow Developer | Location: India | Workplace: On-site

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications, custom modules, and UI components (Service Portal, Catalog Items, Widgets) to meet business requirements.Create and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies) using best practices and Glide APIs.Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, and scripted web services.Manage ITSM processes in ServiceNow—Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB—ensuring data integrity, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflows.Deliver solution documentation, update sets, unit tests and support deployment/CI-CD activities; troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in production and non-production instances.Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and QA to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow implementations and provide technical guidance to team members.
