Role Overview: We are eager to onboard a seasoned Lead ServiceNow IT Operations and Asset Management Consultant who will significantly improve our client engagements. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their requirements are addressed effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Refine user stories and work alongside business consultants to ensure technical initiatives align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and management to the implementation team while maintaining adherence to ServiceNow standards and security protocols.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, actively contributing to sprint deliverables, and overall project success.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as go-live activities.
  • Document processes thoroughly and facilitate effective knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Build and deploy UI policies, actions, script includes, and monitor the overall system health.
  • Implement software solutions, adhering to best practices within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Lead workshops focused on ITOM Discovery or ITAM implementations and validate data collection processes.
  • Conduct detailed reporting and create insightful dashboards to illuminate system usage.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • Current certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM.
  • Advanced configuration expertise and architectural experience with ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Custom Reporting and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A commitment to professional growth and a desire to learn.

Preferred:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM Pro.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to perform job functions consistent with ADA standards.
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using a computer.

Compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off.
