Insight Global is hiring a ServiceNow Project Manager to join one of our customers in Richmond VA. The ideal candidate will drive the design and implementation of ServiceNow Knowledge Base. This role is focused on augmenting the team by adding skills that address current bottlenecks, particularly in the migration of Knowledge Management content and processes to ServiceNow.

-Migration of knowledge related to security vulnerability remediation.

-Lead the migration of existing content and supporting processes from current state of confluence to the ServiceNow KB.

-Design how KB will be organized in ServiceNow.

-Structure hierarchy templates. Define personas involved.

-Develop a plan to maintain existing content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

-Translate existing operating routines into target environment.

-Manage project routines and leadership communication to ensure leadership visibility of the work.

-Serve as an advocate coach-trainer to our team on the KMS module on SN.

-Develop and document workflows and procedures for the migration.

-Provide training and support to end-users post-migration.

Required Skills & Experience

1.) 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of knowledge module (KMS) in ServiceNow

2.) Working knowledge of other modules outside of KMS

3.) Strong knowledge of other ServiceNow platform modules (CMDB, ITSM).

4.) Experience in Knowledge Management systems and processes, including overseeing a team of technical writers creating content.

5.) Excellent communication and project management skills.
