[Remote] ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Advisory Consultant. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs).

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategiesDevelop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical prioritiesConduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAMITAM - Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset ManagementITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service MappingDesign and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworksFacilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plansApply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimizationConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset ManagementPerform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessmentsManage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF)Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategiesCollaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagementsEstimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraintsSupport pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases Skills

8-11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modulesProven track record in advisory consulting and technical deliveryStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrationsExperience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentationsDemonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutionsMandatory Certifications by Level: ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM DISCOVERY) [2 or more], and ITIL FoundationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPMP, Prince2 or equivalent Company Overview
