ServiceNow Technology Architect - Telecom

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technology Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of solutions within the Telecom domain. This role requires in-depth expertise in ServiceNow Telecom modules and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, along with a deep understanding of telecom processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Review and assess Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
• Guide teams on best practices for Flow Designer, CMDB data architecture, and integrations
• Oversee architectural governance, change control, and design reviews
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams
• Ensure performance optimization and platform stability

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
• Hands-on expertise with Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), Order Management for Telecom (OMT), and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
• Strong background in ITOM
• Active Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Proven telecom industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow migration/upgrade experience
• Expertise in Flow Designer optimization
• Experience with Integration Hub and SOMT
• Advanced understanding of ServiceNow data models and tables

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior architect with deep telecom domain expertise
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow environments
