We’re looking for a senior ServiceNow professional to help resolve platform level language translation issues in a global ServiceNow environment. This is a hands on technical role, not a linguist or content translation position.

What you’ll be doing

  • Troubleshoot ServiceNow localization and internationalization (i18n) issues
  • Diagnose problems with translation packs, language settings, and platform behavior
  • Review and fix configuration and JavaScript based logic impacting translations
  • Identify root cause and recommend a clean, scalable resolution
  • Work closely with stakeholders until the issue is fully resolved

What this role is (and isn’t)

Yes: ServiceNow platform localization, translation framework, scripting, configuration No: Human language translation, copywriting, or linguistics work

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow SME / Senior Developer / Architect
  • Hands on knowledge of multi language ServiceNow implementations
  • Comfort working with JavaScript, Service Portal, and core platform configuration
  • Ability to quickly assess issues and drive solutions independently

Logistics

  • Location: Remote capable (Boulder / Broomfield area preferred)
  • Engagement: Full time contract until issue resolution
  • Start: ASAP
