The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for the capture and implementation of requirements for ServiceNow. This role involves working closely with Stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements, translating them into acceptance criteria for development, and ensuring the effective implementation of those requirements into the ServiceNow platform. This role requires proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow processes and best practices.

What You Will Do:

Work with Story stakeholders to:

  • Gather and define requirements representing the customers need.
  • Write User Acceptance Criteria based on analysis of business requirements and desired result.
  • Write clear Test Scripts, validate stories and assist with analysis and reporting of testing defects.
  • Responsible for holistically understanding both the business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules.
  • May also be asked to write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business users.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 2+ years' experience in a supporting role in the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience with a variety of areas within the ServiceNow Platform
  • Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Developers and RTX internal customers to define functional specifications that meet user requirements and are technically sound.
  • Strong Excel and Visio Skills and excellent writing and communication skills for producing clear, concise notes and Story documentation.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • ServiceNow certifications (ITIL, HRSD or domain-specific certifications)
  • Experience in large, highly regulated, or global organizations
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Experience partnering with system integrators or managed service providers
  • Experience or certification with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
