Job Title: Senior ServiceNow developer Telecom Order Management

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Summary:

We are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong experience in Telecom Order Management (TOM) to design and deliver scalable solutions supporting telecom order lifecycle processes. This role will drive end-to-end implementation across order capture, orchestration, fulfilment, activation, and billing integration within telecom BSS/OSS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for telecom order management.
• Configure and customize ITSM, CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with telecom BSS/OSS systems such as CRM, billing, provisioning, and inventory systems.
• Implement order orchestration and automation aligned with TM Forum (eTOM/SID) standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior developers.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure governance and security compliance.

Required Skills:

• Must have 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Must have 3+ years in Telecom Order Management or telecom BSS/OSS environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Deep understanding of telecom order lifecycle (order capture to billing handoff).
• Experience integrating with external enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and version control in ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus
