ServiceNow developer with FSM or Nuvolo experience
San Francisco, CA nearby Dublin

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) or Nuvolo to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow FSM modules or Nuvolo solutions, integrating with external systems, and delivering scalable field service and asset management solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize Field Service Management (FSM) or Nuvolo modules.
Develop and maintain:
Work Order Management
Dispatching & Scheduling
Workforce Optimization
Service Territories
Asset & Maintenance Management
Mobile Field Service applications
Build custom applications using:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
UI Policies
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Develop REST/SOAP integrations with ERP, CRM, GIS, HR, and third-party systems.
Customize Service Portal / Employee Center as required.
Implement SLA management, task lifecycle workflows, and automation.
Support data migration, transformation, and reporting requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide production support and troubleshoot incidents/defects.
Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices adherence.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
2+ years of experience in FSM or Nuvolo implementation/support.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
Experience configuring Mobile Agent / Field Service mobile applications.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Good understanding of field operations, facilities, or asset management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
FSM Implementation Specialist Certification
Experience with Performance Analytics
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Technical Skills:

ServiceNow Studio & App Engine
REST/SOAP APIs
HTML/CSS
SQL (basic understanding)
