The Work:
The Business Process Manager will join our team to deliver best practice guidance within the ServiceNow framework, collaborating with clients to help them achieve their business goals.
You must be an exceptional communicator and a tactful diplomat, adept at problem-solving and innovative thinking, with the ability to understand and respond to business needs in a dynamic environment.
A deep understanding of the client’s business processes, as well as the features and functionality of the new system, is required to identify and document necessary adjustments for effective business operations.
You will lead design workshops and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client engagement.
Interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role may require travel ranging from 25% to 100% based on client needs.
Here’s What You Need:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience with ServiceNow.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in leading workshops, requirement gathering, process definition, and process improvement.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in developing required documentation, project artifacts, and creating user stories.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience identifying how to fulfill business requirements utilizing ServiceNow.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field (or equivalent experience: 12 years if no degree, or 6 years with an associate's degree).
Bonus Points If:
You hold ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification.
You have Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification.
You are ServiceNow CSA certified and possess additional ServiceNow certifications.
You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
You have advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
You possess extensive experience in process management competencies.
You are certified as an Agile Scrum Master.
You have proven experience providing thought leadership in consulting engagements to solve complex business and technical challenges.
