Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM

We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

As an integral part of our team, you will take charge of designing, configuring, and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions for our enterprise clients. Your blend of technical expertise and process comprehension will be key to delivering exceptional solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Translate business needs and process requirements into tailored technical configurations and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, and process consultants to align solutions with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop and configure core modules, including:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
• ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping)
• ITAM (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Lifecycle Management)
• Configure essential workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and manage data imports utilizing Glide and JavaScript.
• Implement robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve defects, manage deployments, and assist in post-go-live stabilization.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, design specifications, and training materials for ongoing client support.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and developers within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform changes and propose innovative solutions or optimizations that add value.
