Configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM), including forms, workflows, and integrations while adhering to best practices. Providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, application design, user experience, and ServiceNow ecosystem integration. Supporting the full project lifecycle, including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.
