Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in IT Operations Management (ITOM), you'll play a pivotal role in guiding prestigious businesses through the complexities of digital transformation. You'll manage ServiceNow transformation teams, showcasing your leadership skills while establishing meaningful client relationships to address their most significant creative and technical challenges.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the effective management and delivery of ServiceNow ITOM processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.Engage with external clients throughout planning, execution, and closure phases, actively participating in workshops and leading workstreams.Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, recommending changes that impact your work area and align with business objectives.Provide direction to a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+ resources), mentoring and ensuring successful task completion.Analyze client processes and technology capabilities, offering industry best practices and insights for achieving strategic goals.Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions with subject matter experts to capture essential stakeholder needs.Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.4-6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects.Relevant ServiceNow certifications: Systems Administrator or Application Developer, and at least two Implementation Specialist certifications.5+ years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably in the Big 4 sector.Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements.Why EY?
