Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting automotive programmes, delivering technical and commercial solutions, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to meet client and project targets. This role requires strong industry experience as a preference, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support automotive project delivery, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external customers.
Interpret technical requirements and coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Analyse project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in a PMO or Project Delivery focused role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow PMO or PPM frameworks, including workflow optimisation and tool adoption
Hold any of the following certifications: PMP, MSP, ServiceNow CSA, or ITIL Expert
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Practical experience with ServiceNow modules such as PPM, Demand, Agile, Resource Management, integrations, and HR Service Delivery
