Role Overview:

Crowe is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Consultant to join our ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of client projects, lead delivery teams, and engage in business development initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, managing solution delivery from inception to completion. You will also play a key role in the growth of our practice by conducting sales demonstrations, aiding in proposal development, and mentoring junior team members. We seek candidates who are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to grow their skills in ServiceNow and consulting leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive client projects across various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps), guaranteeing exceptional delivery.Establish and maintain trusted client relationships while managing engagement expectations.Convert complex business needs into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.Guide facilitation of workshops and design sessions to define solution direction with clients.Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while overseeing the implementation efforts of junior team members.Deliver impactful sales demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the capabilities of ServiceNow and Crowe’s methodology.Assist in proposal creation, SOW preparation, and pre-sales engagements.Mentor junior staff, facilitating their growth in technical and consulting skills.Contribute to the development of internal best practices and knowledge sharing to enhance service delivery quality.Collaborate with leadership on initiatives pertaining to thought leadership and practice enhancement.Desired Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience with configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies).Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proven leadership in managing ServiceNow delivery projects and guiding junior team members.Experience in business development activities (demos, proposals, and pre-sales discussions) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Certifications:

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Preferred: One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years direct experience in ServiceNow implementations.Ability to independently lead client projects and support business development efforts.Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.We expect candidates to embody Crowe's core values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting with integrity and ethics at all times.
