Job Description:

Crowe is excited to welcome an experienced and proactive Lead ServiceNow Consultant to our growing ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This position is perfect for professionals with extensive ServiceNow expertise who are ready to spearhead client projects, lead teams, and actively engage in business development. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional delivery from project design through implementation. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our practice by conducting sales demonstrations, assisting in proposal development, and mentoring junior consultants. We seek entrepreneurial, client-focused experts eager to advance their leadership skills in ServiceNow and consulting.

Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive client projects using various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) to ensure top-quality delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trusting relationships and effectively managing expectations.Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.Conduct workshops and design sessions with clients to collaboratively define the solution direction.Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while overseeing execution by junior team members.Deliver engaging sales demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's methodologies.Assist in the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and participate in pre-sales activities.Mentor and train junior staff to support their technical and consulting skill development.Contribute to creating internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance delivery quality.Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice-building strategies.Desired Skills:

Hands-on experience with configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).Understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in client-facing environments.Demonstrated ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and mentor junior staff.Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications is preferred.Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.Ability to independently lead client projects and engage in business development.Proven history of delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is preferred.Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.At Crowe, we uphold our core values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The salary range for this position varies based on multiple factors, including experience and qualifications, typically estimated between $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
