Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Product Manager for AI Control Tower, ServiceNow's comprehensive solution for AI governance and control. AI Control Tower enables organizations to safely and responsibly scale AI adoption across their enterprise by providing end-to-end visibility into AI usage, aligning AI initiatives with business strategy, securing AI assets, proactive risk management, policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and connecting the AI estate across all responsible stakeholders.
You will be the voice of the product, amplifying AI Control Tower's purpose, vision, and strategy both internally and externally. Internally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Excellence to align on product positioning, value articulation, and sales enablement. Externally, you will engage with customers, partners, and market analysts to drive product awareness, gather insights, and position ServiceNow as a leader in enterprise AI governance.
Role:
You will serve as subject matter expert for AI governance and control, providing thought leadership internally and externally and representing AI Control Tower in strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and industry events to amplify product awareness.
You will be responsible for supporting the definition and execution of launch plans for new AI Control Tower products & features, and collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive understanding and enablement. You will play a critical role in influencing and amplifying the investment strategy, themes, and planned enhancements for the AI Control Tower product.
To support our internal stakeholders, specifically sales teams, you will develop content and enablement materials that articulate the value, outcomes, and differentiators of AI Control Tower in the rapidly evolving AI governance landscape. You will perform competitive research to maintain ongoing awareness of disruptors, customer needs, and market opportunities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, providing insights into the future direction of AI Control Tower, sharing best practices for adoption and accelerating time to value, and gathering critical feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
You will serve as the key resource for Analyst Relations, engaging with industry analysts to showcase AI Control Tower's capabilities and participate in formal analyst evaluations to secure market leadership recognition. Through these analyst engagements, you will gather critical market intelligence and emerging trends to inform the strategic direction and evolution of AI Control Tower.

- Develop a deep understanding of AI Control Tower, including use cases and success outcomes across AI Control Tower and the platform solution
- Support strategic customer engagements as they adopt ServiceNow's AI governance capabilities to manage their enterprise AI landscape
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product quality and roadmap direction
- Attain a high level of expertise in AI governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Lead early access initiatives to validate forthcoming AI Control Tower capabilities
- Develop high-quality enablement content that describes the differentiating value of AI Control Tower and facilitates adoption at scale
- Solicit ongoing Voice of Customer (VOC), along with partner, field, support, and BUs' feedback on product roadmap to inform product strategy, identify candidates for customer programs and references
- Become a trusted resource to promote the ServiceNow AI governance vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, and analyst firms
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and deliver on roadmap initiatives,
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you have:
- A minimum of 8 years of related customer-facing experience in product management, presales consulting, technical business development, or management consulting at an enterprise software company or SaaS company (preferred)
- Deep understanding of AI governance challenges, regulatory landscapes (such as EU AI Act, emerging US regulations), and enterprise AI risk management frameworks
- Extreme sense of ownership – own the problem, the process, and the outcome. Some things may need "driving by influence", others may need executing yourself in a hands-on manner, and yet others will need delegation
- Strong bias towards action, and a sense of urgency to "win" in the market
- Experience operating in an ambitious environment and driving the adoption of new and emerging products
- Consistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver business impact
- Demonstrated customer obsession in engagements
- Demonstrated consistent ability to drive both strategy and results
- Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners
- Strong networking and influencing skills; able to drive extended and virtual teams
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
