[Remote] Lead ServiceNow Architect - CSM & FSO

GL Global is a financial services company seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding a team of developers and driving end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developersOwn technical design, architecture, and delivery across projectsDeliver scalable solutions across CSM and Financial Services Operations (FSO)Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutionsOversee sprint execution, code quality, testing, and deploymentsManage integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs/Integration Hub) and complex workflow customisationsSupport platform upgrades, instance management, and production releasesContribute to best practices, documentation, estimation, and knowledge sharing Skills

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development & architecture experienceDeep expertise in CSM and Financial Services Operations (FSO)Proven experience leading technical teams on client-facing projectsCertified System Administrator (CSA) + at least one Implementer certification (FSO/CSM/ITSM/HRSD/GRC etc.)Experience with greenfield implementationsAdvanced scripting experience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Portal, etc.)Experience with integrations and production deploymentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Company Overview
