ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC (REMOTE)

Duration: 3+ months

Scope of Services:

Seeking for an ServiceNow Administrator/Developer supporting the Customer Service Management (CSM) system, ensuring best practices and collaboration with a team of developers. You'll manage multiple projects and report to the ServiceNow platform owner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for Customer Service Management.
Enhance and upgrade the platform as needed, following best practices and FedRamp compliance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation and development.
Monitor application performance and analyze code for improvements.
Research and suggest enhancements to existing engagements.
Develop and implement fixes for bugs and issues in ServiceNow production.
Perform system/workflow enhancements and script changes as needed.
Execute data mapping and bulk data imports/updates when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience in CSM technology and ServiceNow administration.
Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.
Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools and federated sources of CI data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal).
Successful implementation of the ServiceNow CSM application and processes.
Continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services.
Strong knowledge of CSM processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain a security clearance with FedRamp administration standards.
