Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to support the Customer Service Management (CSM) system. This role involves working collaboratively to enhance and maintain the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance with best practices. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into technical documentation, and actively contribute to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the CSM application.
- Collaborate with developers to gather business requirements and create technical documentation.
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes within ServiceNow.
- Engage stakeholders for iterative configuration and design reviews of the CSM application.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements to existing processes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in CSM.
- Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.
- Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and scripts.
- Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with other tools and data sources.
- Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical information.
