Hiring: ServiceNow ITSM Consultant | Full-Time | NJ / FL

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant for a full-time opportunity with one of our clients.

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL

Experience: 8–15 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, CMDB & Service Mapping

Strong ServiceNow development experience (Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs)

Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM framework & ServiceNow data model

Experience deploying Discovery across On-Prem, AWS & Azure

REST API integrations with tools like Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Qualys, VMWare

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, AngularJS, PowerShell, Perl)

Good understanding of ITIL framework

Experience with dashboards, reporting & Performance Analytics

.NET & SQL Server experience is a plus
