The purpose of this role is to ensure that 100% quality assurance parameters are met for Service Now HRSD applications deployed at client ends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from clients for better quality work
  • Taking feedback on regular basis to ensure smooth delivery within agreed timelines , document necessary details in formal reports for proper understanding from client proposal to implementation
