Contract description

We currently have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer - Contractor

• Sustain and enhance ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Continuously synchronize, secure, and optimize foundation data, including user, organizational, and Customer Service Management (CSM) data
• Manage compliant data archiving processes to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Plan and execute controlled data migrations and platform upgrades across development, QA, training, and production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with NFC’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management standards

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
• Must possess a certification as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proven experience in full portal development within the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in workflow design to streamline processes and enhance user experience
• Strong background in performance analytics, particularly in the context of federal implementations on a FEDRAMP Certified ServiceNow platform

The expected pay rate range for this contract is $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location
