• Expertise in Workspace and Dashboard management
• Ability to create and manage service blueprints
• Commitment to architecture governance and ServiceNow implementation best practices
• Experience in developing business requirements and prototypes
• Capability to establish overall platform standards and guidelines
• Minimum of 8 10 years of relevant experience Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture solutions
• Utilize OMT Platform capabilities effectively
• Create and maintain service catalogs using Flow Designer
• Perform configurations and integrations as needed
• Leverage REST API Explorer for service enhancements
• Develop and manage comprehensive service blueprints
