Overture Rede is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Trainer with strong expertise in Telecom Operations and ServiceNow implementation. The role involves delivering high-quality corporate training programs along with real-time project insights in the Telecom domain.

Responsibilities

• Telecom domain के लिए ServiceNow implementation और customization
• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem & Change Management configuration
• Telecom OSS/BSS systems के साथ integration
• Workflow design, automation और scripting
• Client requirement gathering और solution designing
• Corporate training sessions conduct करना (Online / Onsite)
• Real-time use cases और practical lab demonstrations deliver करना
• Documentation preparation और post-training support

Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Telecom domain expertise (OSS/BSS, NOC Operations, Network Management)
• Experience in ITSM modules
• Integration using REST / SOAP APIs
• JavaScript and Glide scripting knowledge
• CMDB & Discovery understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CIS-ITSM)
• Telecom project implementation experience
• Prior corporate training delivery experience
