[Remote] Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM / ITAM / SPM / TPRM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bundlesoft Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and TPRM modules. This role requires deep platform expertise and strong consulting skills to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical design
• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes
• Design scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions
• Hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Develop custom applications within ServiceNow
• Integrate with external systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub
• Apply configuration-over-customization best practices
• Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow leading practices
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Create technical design documents
• Develop user stories and test scripts
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Senior/Principal ServiceNow role
• Minimum 5+ years experience with ServiceNow platform architecture
• UI Builder (UIB)
• Flow Designer

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on development experience with JavaScript
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on development experience with XML
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on development experience with HTML

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
