ServiceNow Application Specialist

Overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications/modules using multiple programming languages such as C++, Visual Basic, ABAP, JAVA, and XHTML.
• Implement patches and upgrades for existing systems to improve their performance and capabilities.
• Participate in system planning and development to ensure software compliance and high standards.
• Create user-friendly graphical interfaces that meet user needs and enhance user experience.
• Draft comprehensive operating instructions and maintain extensive documentation related to program development.
• Examine system requirements and capabilities to optimize program performance and functionality.
• Make necessary modifications and ensure operational programs and procedures are maintained effectively.
• Engage in code reviews and demonstrate work compliance with established guidelines.
• Update and prepare program documentation, user manuals, and operational documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to obtain the required security clearance.

Posted Salary Range

USD $119,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
