Software Engineer - Full Stack

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer with over five years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead full stack development on the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable and high performing solutions aligned with business objectives. You will design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow capabilities. The role involves building and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with external systems, developing and executing automated tests to ensure application reliability, and proactively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will participate in architectural discussions, contribute to design decisions, and follow best practices including code reviews and modern development methodologies. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product managers, lead engineers, stakeholders, and external service providers to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions while supporting multiple implementations concurrently.

Required Skill

• Five or more years of software development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript.
• Proven hands on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and workflow creation.
• Experience building integrations and APIs within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks for JavaScript, preferably Jasmine Framework.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes and hands on experience working with the ServiceNow HAMPro plugin.
• Solid problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams.

Desired Skill

• Experience contributing to system architecture and design discussions.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments managing multiple priorities.
• Exposure to enterprise level ServiceNow implementations and support models.
