We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to manage, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform. The role involves customizing workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations, as well as administering user access, roles, and permissions. The candidate will monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and ensure system reliability and security compliance.
Required Skills: 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow administration/development
Strong ServiceNow ITSM configuration, workflows, and integrations experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
Experience with platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred
Additional Requirements: Experience Supporting Federal/government Environments Preferred Must be able to pass background clearance
