• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with customers
• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and promote the value of solutions on the Now Platform
• Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a pre‑sales environment
• Conduct architectural and technical workshops, including enablement sessions for clients
• Document and present technical solutions aligned with client business challenges What is Required (Qualifications):
• 7+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect
• 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions on the Now Platform
• Experience facilitating client‑facing workshops to advance initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Big Data, IoT, and other emerging technologies
• Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles
• Executive level presence with experience presenting to executive‑level audiences
