Job Title: ServiceNow Software Engineer III
Work Location: Jackson, MI
Duties: Build, implement and maintain ServiceNow Modules. Perform analysis and refine system requirements and designs. Ensure the rigorous application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of ServiceNow Promote ServiceNow Update Sets. Build complex ServiceNow workflows, catalog items. Participate in design and code reviews for other members of the development team. Support complex integrations to and from ServiceNow. Identify, develop, deploy, and provide post implementation support of infrastructure and or application technologies to support the company's business requirements. Applies principles, methods, and procedures for designing, developing, optimizing, and integrating new and/or reusable systems components. Perform prototyping, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation of software applications in an agile environment. Work with a cross functional team to implement and delivery that include agile methodologies.
Skills: Must have experience with JavaScript and HTML. Must have experience creating ServiceNow update sets and workflows, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production. ServiceNow build and maintenance experience is preferred for the following ServiceNow Modules: IT Service Management - Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Release and Discovery Modules Customer Service Management Module IT Operations Management - Event Management and Discovery Modules IT Business Management - Demand Module Software Asset Management Module Security Operations - Vulnerability Response Module Intelligent Apps - Automated Testing Framework Module Knowledge Management, Service Portals, CMDB, Service Catalog and Analytics Experience with complex integrations including VeraSmart, SAP, and Clarity. Experience working with APIs (inbound/outbound).
