About the Role

As a Digital Analyst in the Service. Now Creation Center, you'll help plan and deliver solutions for onboarding in Service. Now. We're looking for a dynamic colleague who is collaborative and has a passion for using digital technology to solve problems.
What You'll Do
You'll work as part of the onboarding squad to develop project timelines based on business requests, defining and communicating as-is and to-be business processes within Service. Now with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role involves translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements and designing solutions while overseeing their development. You'll develop and organize user stories, contribute to backlog planning for agile projects, and perform thorough testing as needed. Working with squad resources, you'll develop automated testing capabilities and ensure solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and inclusive of the scope committed to the business. You'll also influence project timelines, cadences, and risks while identifying new opportunities for each Service. Now major release and store upgrade.
What We're Looking For
You'll need either a master's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience. Additionally, you must have 4 years of experience testing, designing, and/or implementing custom or Saa. S solutions. Beyond formal qualifications, we need someone with good interpersonal and communication skills who is self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.
Your innovative mindset combined with strong delivery-oriented values will be essential. You should have working experience with agile development methodology, knowledge of corporate enterprise systems, the ability to make sound decisions to resolve complex issues, foundational knowledge of Service. Now, and experience with Jira or Azure Dev. Ops.
Nice to Have
Experience with Service. Now Employee Center Pro and Core, case and knowledge management, and service portals would be advantageous. A demonstrated ability to produce positive outcomes working in matrixed teams that span multiple functions, hands-on service delivery and operations experience, and the ability to work in ambiguous situations as part of a project team are all valued. We also appreciate colleagues who can manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
