About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, build, and maintain CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. A key part of this role involves supporting the migration of an existing client onboarding platform (Connex) into ServiceNow CSM. You will own the technical direction of enterprise Service Management solutions and be accountable for everything that goes to production. This is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow CSM solutions
• Support customer onboarding and assist with the Connex-to-ServiceNow CSM migration
• Provide platform best practices and guide technical decisions
• Translate complex business requirements into automated workflow solutions
• Own all technical changes pushed to production

What You Need:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 4 years as a ServiceNow CSM Architect
• Strong software architecture and design background
• Experience with Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Migration, AI, and RPA
• Hands-on experience building workflows in ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS-CSM) required
