As a ServiceNow Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation of ServiceNow services and solutions within a consulting environment.

Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• 3+ years of experience with applications such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have at least 6 years of relevant work experience.

Bonus Points if you possess:

• Angular JS knowledge.
• Advanced skills with ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Experience in Web Service Integration (API Web Services).
• LDAP Integration experience.
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration skills.
• SQL experience.
• Comfort in presenting to large audiences.
• Advanced application experience including ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, and PPM is a plus; familiarity with Platform/Integration and Portal/UI is also beneficial.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification (e.g., ITIL).
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• ATP Trainer Certification is a plus.

Annual Salary Range:

• California: $70,350 to $196,000
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
• Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
• Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
• New York: $66,300 to $196,000
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
• Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
