Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with strong telecom domain expertise for an onsite role in Reston, VA. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Experience working in telecom environments (OSS/BSS, NOC operations) and strong understanding of ITIL processes is required. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and data migration is essential.

Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) / TSM modules.

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
