Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a critical role in delivering advanced platform solutions for our operational ecosystem. You will develop functionalities that help our organization manage incidents, change requests, and continuous service improvements. The role includes building and maintaining integrations with CRM portals and related enterprise systems.

In this position, you’ll work closely with engineers, business teams, and our Data & AI group, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are You are an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a solid background in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments. You possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices, and are comfortable taking ownership of the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop solutions using the ServiceNow environment and create or adapt applications, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, REST API, scripts.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, undertaking code reviews and quality control checks during the life of the project.
• Provide advanced support by troubleshooting software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts and supervise other external developers to review requirements and identify ways to simplify user experience.

What You’ll Need

• MSc or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related fields
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML
• Experience in integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems
• High capability to configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls, OOTB workflows
• Demonstrated experience on ServiceNow Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge, Asset Management
• Understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proactive, team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Application Developer certification / Additional ServiceNow certifications
• ITIL v4 certification
• Experience with SecOps module

Where You’ll Work The workplace is located in Turin. The work arrangement follows a hybrid model, combining on-site activities at the office with smart working.
