Job Title: ServiceNow FSM Developer / Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer/Lead to drive the implementation and configuration of the Field Service Management (FSM) module. The role involves building scalable workflows, enabling compliance-driven processes, and supporting field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow FSM module
• Build and enhance FSM functionalities including:
• Preventative Maintenance
• Calibration automated workflows
• Design workflows and data structures for compliance and reporting
• Develop and implement mobile workflows for field technicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
• Support migration of legacy systems into ServiceNow
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)
• Hands-on experience in workflow design and configuration
• Experience with mobile workflows & field operations
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and reporting
• Experience in legacy system migration to ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes
