Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in enterprise module development and platform integrations. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring high-quality implementation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across core modules Customize the platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and workflows Implement and support integrations with third-party systems Perform unit and integration testing Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solution design Mentor team members and ensure delivery standards are met Required Skills Strong experience in modules such as APM, CSM, HRSD, and SPM Exposure to ITOM or GRC is a plus Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs Solid understanding of ITIL framework ServiceNow SPM certification preferred Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
