Job Description
Crowe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our expanding ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in ServiceNow who are passionate about leading projects, managing delivery teams, and driving business development efforts. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing solution delivery from design through implementation. You will play a vital role in our practice's growth by leading engaging sales demonstrations, supporting proposal development, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for entrepreneurial, client-focused candidates eager to further develop their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive client projects across various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) to ensure excellence in delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during engagements, fostering relationships and managing expectations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to guide solution direction.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while guiding junior team members in execution.
- Deliver compelling sales demos to prospective clients, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's approach.
- Assist in creating proposals, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), and engaging in pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their technical and consulting skills.
- Contribute to best practices, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate delivery quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice-building strategies.
Desired Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Proven track record of leading ServiceNow delivery projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience in business development (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development.
- Proven success in delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

The salary range for this position considers various factors in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,100.00 to $147,800.00 per year.
