ServiceNow SME – Hybrid

A decentralized company is seeking a ServiceNow SME to partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations teams to improve service delivery and customer support. This is a customer‑facing role where you will serve as the trusted ServiceNow resource for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with HR, Finance, IT, and operations to gather requirements and improve service delivery through ServiceNow.
• Lead workshops, document processes, and translate business needs into clear ServiceNow configurations and technical specifications.
• Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and workflow automation.
• Improve customer support for decentralized profit centers by optimizing workflows, building integrations, and implementing new platform features.
• Provide ongoing communication, documentation, training, and guidance to stakeholders while managing upgrades, enhancements, and cross‑functional projects.
