Role: ServiceNow SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) SME

Work location: Austin, TX – Onsite Role

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• 10+ years’ experience working in the technologies supports SACM, Asset and CMDBs, CSDM, ITOM auto-discovery tooling.
• Strong IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software) experience
• Asset management experience transitioning application performance monitoring systems to ServiceNow. EG BMC or AWS Discovery to ServiceNow.
• ITIL knowledge and expertise
• Expert in Configuration Management processes: definition; documentation and maintenance
• SACM experience in an outsourced environment working with on/off shore teams.
• CSDM, ITOM and SAM Pro experience with data analysis, software license analysis and RV tools that help determine software publisher license counts.
