The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and committed ServiceNow Solutions Expert with in-depth knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to become a part of our innovative team.

Your Role

• Guide clients in enhancing their processes through the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Provide support for ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Center, Manager Hub, and Performance/Platform Analytics.
• Collaborate with the IT ServiceNow Architect to minimize implementation efforts and boost productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, debug, and implement technical solutions.
• Oversee enhancement requests, system maintenance, testing, and project management.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support.
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Manager Hub.
• 5+ years of experience in the HR domain (HR Operations, HRIT, etc.).
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Desired Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance/Platform Analytics, development, and integrations.
• Experience in business process improvement projects.

Work Arrangement

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week in our locations, including San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo, to enhance teamwork and access in-office resources.

The pay range for this position is between USD $112,000 and USD $224,000 per year. The total compensation may include other elements such as a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units, alongside a full range of benefits.
