The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and committed ServiceNow Solutions Expert with in-depth knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to become a part of our innovative team.
Your Role
- Guide clients in enhancing their processes through the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Provide support for ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Center, Manager Hub, and Performance/Platform Analytics.
- Collaborate with the IT ServiceNow Architect to minimize implementation efforts and boost productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, debug, and implement technical solutions.
- Oversee enhancement requests, system maintenance, testing, and project management.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support.
- 2+ years working with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Manager Hub.
- 5+ years of experience in the HR domain (HR Operations, HRIT, etc.).
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
- Project management experience.
- Desired Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance/Platform Analytics, development, and integrations.
- Experience in business process improvement projects.
Work Arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week in our locations, including San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo, to enhance teamwork and access in-office resources.
The pay range for this position is between USD $112,000 and USD $224,000 per year. The total compensation may include other elements such as a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units, alongside a full range of benefits.
